Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be added to your order total. Please note that shipping rates are based on the original full order value before any discounts.
Depending on the items in your order, products may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages via different carriers. Each product has its own lead time (estimated shipping window), which is listed on its product page.
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Each piece is thoughtfully selected and curated in limited quantities, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery agent’s Proof of Delivery form at the time of delivery. Afterward, contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours at customercare@gorgeousliving.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. Be sure to include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage and packaging to help our team assist you as quickly as possible.
Made to Order Items
Made to order pieces delivery typically ship in about 12–18 weeks. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
