We hope you absolutely love your Gorgeous Living piece. Because of the special nature of our collections, all sales are considered final. That said, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away—we’re happy to work with you to repair or replace it. Damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery so we can take care of things promptly.
We also want to gently remind you that many of our textiles are crafted using natural fibers and traditional techniques. This means slight variations—like occasional loops, slubs, flecks, or small misprints—are part of the beauty and character of the material, not considered defects.
