BOVI stands behind the quality of our products. However, we cannot guarantee dye lots between shipments. We do not recommend using bleach or any other detergents with bleach added to them. We will not take returns where products have been discolored due to using bleach.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. This includes damaged goods, missing pieces, and quality concerns.

Each piece is thoughtfully selected, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.
