BOVI stands behind the quality of our products. However, we cannot guarantee dye lots between shipments. We do not recommend using bleach or any other detergents with bleach added to them. We will not take returns where products have been discolored due to using bleach.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. This includes damaged goods, missing pieces, and quality concerns.

Please contact customer service with any return requests. Upon approval of your return, you will be issued a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the box.

We will not accept returns without a return authorization number.

Products must be received in the original condition to be eligible for a refund.

For any orders that are returned under any condition other than the ones listed above will have a 25% restock fee and shipping paid by the customer.
