Shipping: Free curbside delivery. Most orders arrive in 4–11 days.
Returns: 15% return fee for standard items, 25% for White Glove. All returns must be pre-approved.
Please report any damages within 5 days of delivery.

White Glove Deliveries:
Items must be inspected at the time of delivery. To process any damage claims, products must be unboxed and checked before signing.
If damaged, the item will be removed by the delivery team on the spot.

If you change your mind after delivery, White Glove returns are subject to a 25% return shipping fee. We’ll coordinate pickup within a reasonable window. Return requests must be made within 5 days.
