Each order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail. Most standard items ship within 1–14 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. If you’re working with a deadline or need a more specific timeframe, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to check current lead times for you.

Furniture Shipping:

For made-to-order furniture, delivery typically takes 12–14 weeks from the date your order is paid.

Ready-to-ship furniture is usually dispatched within 2 weeks of payment.
You’ll receive updates as your order moves through production and scheduling. If you have any questions along the way, we’re always here to assist.

Because each piece is part of our thoughtfully curated collection, all sales are final and not eligible for return. We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you need more information—we’re happy to help.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@gorgeousliving.com. We’ll take care of it promptly and ensure everything is made right.
